Is Next College Sports Realignment a Split from the NCAA?

This could be great news for college basketball video game hopefuls like myself. A split from the NCAA may finally release the hold they have over developers from pursuing a contract for a video game. The NCAA is greedy so a new college sports organization ran by whoever might be great for college sports gaming and specifically college basketball.
