Last minute changes that helped/hurt your bracket

I finalized my picks about 2 hours prior the first game.

Helped:

1. Had Georgetown in the final 8. Changed it to Ohio State.
2. Changed to Michigan State over Maryland
3. Had Kansas winning it all. Changed to Syracuse.
4. Changed BYU to K. State.

Hurt:
1. Went with the Vegas line and changed Gonzaga to FSU. (Cost me a prefect bracket in that region)
2. Couldn't decide between Duke/Baylor/Nova in the Final 4. Took Nova.
3. Changed to Wisconsin over Cornell.

Wish I could change:

I have WVU in the final. Wish I had Kentucky.

How about your bracket?

All of my changes hurt:

1. Had Kentucky in the Elite 8 changed it to Wisconsin
2. Had Xavier in the Elite 8, changed it to BYU

The only last minute change I made was changing Cornell to Temple in the Sweet Sixteen in the eleventh hour. Big mistake, obviously, as Cornell has advanced to the Sweet Sixteen as opposed to Temple.

All my changes hurt me...

-Georgetown in the Elite Eight
-Marquette over Washington
-New Mexico in the Sweet 16
-Utah State in the Sweet 16
-UTEP in the Sweet 16

Horrible picks for me this year. Especially with Kansas, but really who saw that one coming?

For the first time in years, I wasn't obsessive about my bracket. I filled it out and never messed with it again. I'm actually sort of proud of myself. Lol.

I did, however, decide that I liked Siena to win 2 games right before I clicked Submit on my bracket when I filled it out. That sucked, but once Kansas lost nothing else mattered anyways.

Hurt -

Murray State Vs Vanderbilt (I switched from Murray State to Vandy)

Good -

Switched from Kansas winning it all, to Kentucky.
I switch from UNLV beating UNI to UNI beating UNLV.

Re: Last minute changes that helped/hurt your bracket

I've got two brackets on ESPN, 1st is the one I'm playing in my office pool, the 2nd are my initial picks. To give you an idea of how bad I've messed up in changing my picks last day:

Office pool 65.4%
Initial picks 97.9%

The ones that hurt the most:
Going from Cornell to Sweet 16 to Temple
Going from Saint Mary's to Sweet 16 to Richmond
Going from Butler to Sweet 16 to UTEP
Picking A&M to beat Duke
Picking New Mexico over Washington
Picking Pitt over Xavier
Picking Georgetown over Ohio St

Good changes:
Ga Tech over Okla St
Mich St over Maryland

However, I do have Kansas winning it in both.

I say it every year, but I'm doing my picks once and not changing them after that.
