Rocky - The Official Mobile Game is available now, free for iOS devices, with plans to release on Android in early 2017.

I'm not going to criticize the game for it's obvious non-sim playability, or even for the producers trying to make a buck, but it's vague exactly what you have to buy to get to a point where you are playing online bouts. Having played a couple of fights early it appears to be a boxing game version of Guitar Hero. The training exercises are very difficult but that may just be me.
