Thanks for the feedback. I think that we did pretty good considering we played a pretty good team in the ACC.

We took pretty good care of the ball against the Crimson and our defense did a great job against them. So far, this team looks strong and if we can stay healthy, we could do well once the Patriot League schedule begins.

Thanks. It started to get a little tight as we got deeper into the second half but the defense did a good job and the team made some key shots.

A telling sign of how the team is will be when we get to the Golden Bear Classic tournament next week (game time wise). We open the tournament against Southern Utah, who has a pretty good record too, so far.

Re: Knight School - Coaching Legacy of Bob Knight

Almost beat NC State, but no dice!

Looking good this season, though.

NC State looks to be a pretty strong team this season in the ACC from what I see based on their OOC record. We were lucky to hang in there for as long as we did. Maybe hanging in there for as long as we did against the Wolf Pack shows what kind of strength my Black Knights have this season.

I like the looks of this team. As you can tell by the box scores, I tend to rely on my starters more but the bench is built with better depth and has handled the problems so far when the starters get into foul trouble. If we can stay healthy, we can make some serious noise in conference play and possibly win the regular season title, which would put us in the postseason NIT. We'll just take it one game at a time, though, and try not to think ahead. Still way too early to think about that.
