Re: IGN Review

No surprise there. Bias/bad review/only because no NFL license/IGN are EA fanboys in 5...4...3...2...1...

EDIT: I feel the review is pretty accurate, they touch on all the complaints I see the most frequently on this board. I hope BB2 is better because I really do love the physics/animation.

Re: IGN Review

After playing the demo I said I was bummed that instant replay lacked options and that the music was repetitive. Someone on this forum said that both would be fixed in the retail game. Sounds like they were not.

Edit: G4 gave Backbreaker a 3 out of 5.

I really don't get the replay thing. Why put so much effort into phyics/animation and then hide it from the player? Maybe they're masking something?

Alot of the review is based on him not knowing how to play. But overall I gave the game a 5 so I can't argue too much.

Re: IGN Review

First review I have seen that didn't mention the known high INT numbers by the AI.

More like not enjoying the game enough to learn how to play it. But anyway, I think they do have a good base for BB2 and can really improve next year's version.

Re: IGN Review

Saw this on another forum posted by Brian P. not sure if he is on here or not. But does anyone really think that if the Competition goes with all physics based games and has the license that anyon will care to pick up a BB2. In reality custom leagues and team creation would then be the only thing seperating the 2 (in the positive column for BB2).
