You can edit every team fully but if you play a season you can only have 25 max in the season otherwise you can play all 32 in play now, make sure you watch king javo's tutorials otherwise the editor will have a serious learning curve. Uniforms are not able to edited on the editor that requires a separate procedure. Also go to the APFE disscord that will help alot.

I am sharing a PS3 franchise file that includes 24 NFL teams with current rosters. I put it together using Javo's APFe editor. I highly recommend purchasing it so you can edit, export, import, create a lot of stuff. He has a bunch of YT tutorials on his discord channel. I'll link below. This file is franchise ready. It starts at season 2 week 1. The 8 teams I decided to leave out are the Lions, Bengals, Broncos, Raiders, Panthers, Jaguars, Colts, Washington. The 49ers are the user team. To use any other of the 23 teams, you"ll need the editor to switch to the team you want to play with. To get the file onto your PS3, Javo has a tutorial and links to the tools necessary.
