I never played APF and found this thread. I downloaded the 32 team roster for season mode. Is my understanding correct that I can only use 24 out of the 32 teams at one time, thus never really being able to play APF with 32 team NFL rosters?

Correct. There are only 24 active teams in a season of APF. There are head to head files where you can play certain teams head to head. Congratulations on fleeing from Madden because it is a Terrible and Abominable game that nobody with any self-respect or true love for Football could play for more than a very brief period of time. If you need any help or slider suggestions, please let me know! Also, Kanobi in this thread has made some good ratings adjustments to Rate Sports rosters, so you may want to try them out also. The transfer process is the same with this files as with the Rate Sports files. have Fun
