Players who ball for you

Well, after a whole year of playing this game, I've gotten a decent feel for guys I play well with and guys I don't. So I'm curious: who just flat out balls for you? What kind of system do you use them in? Who do you pair them with? Etc.

A couple of guys who always ball for me:

Jim Harbaugh--I get much higher production from him than the bronze tag dictates.

Ickey Woods--He may not dominate every game, but his overall impact is great. I usually get 2-3 big plays a game from him, and a nice overall boost to the blocking game.

Cliff Harris--My antidote for Earl. He gets there and brings guys down. He's not bad at all in coverage, and of course, he gives you a return threat.

Dwight Clark - He always seems to make the big plays. He really is clutch.

I hate playing Dwight Clark, lol. He is money for sure. I don't see enough Herman Moore online. Nice choice.

Carl Banks for sure. He stops the run with big brutal hits and can rush the passer effectively.

I use him at times as a Defensive end to rush the passer in dime and most of the time as an inside linebacker in the 3-4/nickel.

Taylor - - - - - Carson - - - - - Banks - - - - - Johnson

That is how I line up my 3-4 with the Giants.

Another guy I like is Nolan Cromwell. He can cover, make big picks and provides run help. I moved him from Free Safety to Strong Safety and his production improved immensely.

Cromwell is good against the run. He hits and tackles well. He doesn't pick off many passes for me, but he does break up passes. Banks and Johnson are both pretty good.

I'll second the Cliff Harris nomination. I used him in my first-ever created team and dude was lights out on D, and had some big returns.

Rocket Ismail: guy just always seems to get open. I have him on my all-Dallas team at WR with Alvin Harper (Troy is QB). He's also deadly on returns.
