UFC and NHL not on PC??

Does anyone know why the UFC and NHL games are not on PC but Madden and FIFA are? Console exclusives??? Regionality reasons?

They probably don't think there is enough of an audience to make developing a port worth it. I remember reading the Maximum Football guys say the same thing about abandoning Steam/PC a few years back, and obviously Madden had a years-long absence on PC.
