Hotfixes/patches have slowly improved gameplay, at least now playable, even though far from perfect. Both sides can hold the ball way too long, for example. But I had some enjoyable games, so I decided to go to URL for Career and Edinburgh. Should be fun, and also way more other matches in career mode potentially in Europe, and hopefully national team possibly.

I have seen improvements, but still work is needed.
Actually, I was able to steal ball on an opponents line out pass for the first time. Lineputs hardly happene though.
#9 off ruck way too overpowered still at times, but have noticed improvements of AI defenders around ruck.
Turnovers at Ruck seem to happen mostly in the first 20-30 minutes, maybe something to do with fatigue? I have no idea.
Offsides were prevalent before. Now hardly happen.
AI Defenders still ball watch a lot off ruck.
Still not more than one pass from AI.
Passing still a chore and awkward
Hardly any kicking in matches, including into touch.
I've been playing hard difficulty now from medium since last patch. 7 minutes.
Scrums hardly happen, and seem hard to defend, had AI score almost each time when they do have a scrum.

My initial thoughts are too many turnovers during rucks and not enough kicks. I barely get enough time to get a kick off most times. Spacing is off and sometimes the players just stand around randomly.

I’ve only played against the AI but they hardly kick the ball and in most cases only do one pass per phase.

I can see the potential but gameplay wise it’s about a 5 or 6 out of 10 so far.

So many little details/bugs that show a lack of polish too:

- Name badges showing position instead of name (e.g. Fullback instead of the players name)
- Conversion showing try scorers name instead of the kickers
- Commentary on kicks into touch either saying it’s out on the full (which is a good thing) or that it’s not going to make it when it clearly is
- Terrible/unnecessary try dive animations - player will be the the clear and does an awkward dive as if they’re in the corner
- Random offsides
- Subs at half time not working
- CPU not utilizing subs
- Injured/farigued players not being affected by injuries or fatigue

I really want this game to succeed but it’s hard to after releasing this game after all the delays
