Ah, that site messed up. They actually were using Combined Statistical Areas (CSAs) not Metropolitan Statistical Areas (MSAs)

MSAs are a lot better indicator. The first thing I think of when someone mentions CSAs is the "San Angeles" area from Demolition Man- places that might be all one location in 50 years but not yet. I should have known when they put Baltimore and DC together when they are very distinct and have about 30 miles of mostly green space (federal facilities like military bases and parks) between them.

Packers games are actually divided into "Green Bay" games and "Milwaukee" games. Milwaukee season ticket holders get tickets to, if I'm not mistaken, four of the regular season home games and two of the preseason. Green Bay season ticket holders get the other four/two.
