Question on the NCAAF Utility tool...I'm looking at starting a dynasty where I swap some teambuilders into the game. Will the utility tool work with files that have TBs in them or no?

hey I was curious, I saw what you did with Madden 20 for ps4 (CFMB19 Lite) wondering.. if this level of modification exists, can other things be done as well - namely unlocking stadiums or reassigning stadiums? I'd love to start an offline connected Franchise in - say - Tottenham's or Mercedes Benz stadium. I'm willing to do the legwork, just need to be pointed in the right direction! thanks!
