The Dallas Cowboys are coming off a tough road loss to the Giants and will be looking to bounce back against the Jets. The Jets won last week against Buffalo and will be looking to build on that momentum. The Cowboys will need to improve their defense if they want to win this game. The Jets have a solid offense led by quarterback Aaron Rodgers and running back B. Hall. The Cowboys will need to contain these two players if they want to win this game. On the other side of the ball, the Cowboys have a potent offense led by quarterback Dak Prescott. The Jets will need to find a way to slow down this offense if they want to win this game.

Keys to the Game

1- Dak Prescott is going to have to have a better QB Rating than the 40.7 From Last week.

2- Keep A. Rodgers Under Fire . Have to get to him early and Often

3- Win the Turnover Battle

]It was a close scoring game between the Giants and the Cowboys, with the Cowboys initially leading 3-0. However, late in the first half the Giants managed to turn the tide in their favor, scoring on a 4th down conversion, on a long pass to HB S.Barkley putting them up 7 to 3.
They then scored again right before halftime, giving them a comfortable lead of 14 to 3.

The third quarter saw CeeDee Lamb Turn a ho-hum 5 Yard slant into an impressive 74-yard touchdown, bringing the Cowboys closer. They would miss the 2 Point conversion making the Game 14-11
However, despite their best efforts, they were unable to overcome the deficit.
Dak Prescott’s performance was not enough to secure a win for the Cowboys. His 2 Costly turnovers were ultimately the reason for the week-1 road loss.
Dak Prescott (Who was not available for the post-game press conference) was seen walking out of the stadium with a slight limp.

Coach McCarthy said " Daks fine and He knows he didnt play his best tonight, but that can be said for everyone else tonight too, myself included. I didnt put us in the best position to be successful. We all need to play better than what we showed tonight, we all Have a long flight home. "

The biggest scare for the Dallas Cowboys came in the second quarter when Michael Parsons went out with what appeared to be some sort of leg injury. Spirits were noticeably down until, he made a triumphant return in the fourth quarter, coming back onto the field to a standing ovation from the visiting team’s crowd. This gesture signified how important he is not only to his own team but also to fans of the sport. They stopped cheering when on his 1st play back from being sidelined, he wrapped up D.Jones for a huge sack in the backfield.

In the end, it was the Giants who emerged victorious, thanks in large part to their strong defense and ability to capitalize on their opponent’s mistakes. It was a game full of surprises and one that will be remembered for years to come.

Despite their loss, the Dallas Cowboys are looking forward to getting back on track at home next week against the other team from New York, the Jets. With their new quarterback, Aaron Rodgers, at the helm, they are hoping for a strong performance and a chance to redeem themselves.[/size]

The Dallas Cowboys are pleased to announce the hiring of Patrick Payne as their new general manager. Payne, who goes by the nickname Papa, is a lifelong friend of Cowboys owner Jerry Jones and a former high school football star.

Payne has a wealth of experience in the business world, having founded and sold several successful companies in various industries. He is also a passionate fan of the Cowboys and has been involved in the teams operations as an advisor and consultant for many years.

Payne will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Cowboys football operations, including scouting, player personnel, coaching, salary cap management, and contract negotiations. He will work closely with Jones and head coach Mike McCarthy to build a competitive and championship-caliber team.

Payne said he is honored and excited to take on this new challenge and help the Cowboys achieve their goals. He said he is looking forward to working with the talented staff and players that the Cowboys have and bringing his own vision and leadership to the organization.

Payne Said "I'm thrilled to join the Cowboys family as the general manager. This is a dream come true for me, as Ive always loved this team and this city.
I am Also very grateful to Jerry for giving me this opportunity and trusting me with this responsibility. Im ready to roll up my sleeves and get to work. " Payne said.

Payne will be formally introduced at a press conference next week at AT&T Stadium. He will also meet with the media and fans at various events throughout the offseason. The Cowboys hope that Paynes arrival will usher in a new era of success and glory for the franchise.

Game Notes
The Cowboys and the Giants are two of the most storied franchises in the NFL, with a long and fierce rivalry that dates back to 1960. They have met 123 times in the regular season and postseason, with Dallas holding a 70-51-2 edge. The Cowboys have also won six of the last seven meetings, including a 31-21 victory in Week 17 of last season that clinched the NFC East title for them.

Both teams have high expectations for the 2023 season,
The Cowboys are favored by three points in this game, according to Caesars Sportsbook1. The over/under is set at 54.5 points1. This game should be a high-scoring affair, as both teams have potent offenses and scary defenses. The Cowboys have the edge in experience and continuity, while the Giants have the edge in motivation and home-field advantage. It could come down to the wire, but I think the Cowboys will pull out a close win.

My prediction: Cowboys 28, Giants 24

Heres a breakdown of the Dallas Cowboys Depth Chart to Start the season. Not really any Surprises in the Preseason other than D. Vaughn getting the Back-up RB Position over Ronald Jones II. We have had a few teams reach out for some of our Defensive depth but I think its best to start the season With What we have been fortunate enough to have.
Not 1 Injured Player On the Injured List. Few Bumps And Bruises sure but We are excited to jump into this year.
