Change of Philosophy in the Cowboys Front Office

Payne will be formally introduced at a press conference next week at AT&T Stadium. He will also meet with the media and fans at various events throughout the offseason. The Cowboys hope that Paynes arrival will usher in a new era of success and glory for the franchise.
