Go to the game screen and keep your No. 1 controller on your team's side. Then connect with your 2nd controller via a guest account and remain in the middle as CPU with the 2nd controller. Start the game with controller No. 1 as the player of your team. Before your game starts (tip off) log off with your first controller and when the message asks you to reconnect just hit the Options button with your 2nd controller which is still active to continue the game and spectate.
