Just delete the 2021 update from your PS3 and start up the game. It will automatically load the 2008 roster. Then go to the manage coach, file management, and save that roster as “2008”. Then go back to the PS3 main menu, re-copy the 2021 roster from your USB. Now when you start the game, you can load the 2008 roster from the main menu. Then when you start a career, choose preseason start and you can load the 2021 roster.

Go to “My Coach” and then there is an option to load files.
