This is my new lineup. As you can see, a lot of new guys. Cap room is an issue. I just signed Doughty and Quick, and they are both at around 11M deals. So the younger guys are now taking over. Many have developed well, and the guys who are just 83 overall are usually strong defensively. I have a lot of hope in Baptiste, I feel he can be a star for my team. Also Kobasew is a big body PWF who can be an effective 3rd line player. Quick is now 97 overall and a start goaltender, leading the team to their 2nd Stanley Cup last season. I am now going to play this season, without simulating. I am not going to focus so much on draft picks now. However, I did trade away people like Mike Richards and others for picks. I needed the cap space and wanted younger guys>older ones.

Last time I am going to update via comment haha, then I'll start actually posting in good form. Anyways, just finished the 2018-2019 season with a 55-23-4 record! Amazing! Finally won the Presidents Trophy. AND THE LOS ANGELES KINGS HAVE WON THE STANLEY CUP! Woo, its a 2011-2012 rematch! Tampa Bay and LA. Kings defeating Tampa in 6 games. Finally got the team back to Cup level. I am going to start playing next season. I have 5 first round picks for this draft! Let's see what happens

Graham Hughesman was drafted 6th overall. He is 72 overall, 18 years old, 6'7" 223 lbs and has B B B potential. Unfortunately, he is the only real noteworthy draft pick... Drafted a goalie which looked really good but is only 77 overall with C potential. Other guys are all average or lower.

Wow, you have a huge line-up, I like it! I have Baptiste on my Tampa team as well, he isn't the greatest offensive weapon (for me), but his size makes him a force no matter what line I play him on.
Nice to see the development of some players, your team is very much like a team I would put together, so I will definitely look forward to see how players grow. No franchise guys yet? Hopefully you get one soon. And yeah, maybe move one of your goaltenders for a sniper in the future. But hey, if it works it works, and it looks like your powerful line-up works to me!
I think after my current play-off run, I will play all of my games with my Tampa team. Will continue to sim the Boston one, but moreso because I want to get it done and focus solely on the Tampa one.

Yeah, I think I am going to delete all my other GM modes. I just keep abandoning a GM mode for another one, and then starting a new one halfway through etc. Think I accidentally saved over my Washington one too lol. I'm going to post about every game, most likely anyway. Just to show who scores, how the team did etc. Hopefully I continue dominating this season (only did for the first game so far 5-1 win) because I sure did struggle last season.

Haha, yeah, I have experienced the same thing. Had a Colorado GM Mode going, was in the year 2018 I think. Had Jordan Poirier, fastest player I've ever had. Him, Matt Duchene, and a guy named Nelson Sandlak made ones of the best likes I've had, plus all of my defencemen were 86 overall or more, and oldest was 25 years old! Then bam! saved over it. Best Dynasty I had ever made.
Anyways, good luck, I will try to do the same with my Tampa one.

Also about Baptiste, I swear if he was left handed I would put up some decent-good numbers with him lol. Just can't seem to score with right handed players usually.

And I am glad I drafted Helgesen like you said to. He kept his B potentials for so long. Not sure if he still has them, but he is 86 overall and can blast it from the point. Also good on defense, big body and more.

Haha, I have the same problem. He plays on my 4th line with another right handed player on the LW, and neither of them score as much as their centerman, Jarrod Scatchard.
Glad you enjoy Helgesen, he was a nice find for me, originally I just wanted a good defensive defenceman who was young and he was 21 on Anaheim, so I made the trade. By far my favourite D-man.

My bad, Helgesen is already an 88 lol, 87 at start of the season. My defense is shutting down the opponent.

Haha, that would be my roommate...who could score with Baptiste. But I couldn't at a high level, 10-20 goals per season.

Lol, I don't think I'll be able to score much with him since he is right handed =p. If Kobasew puts his A- B- B- potential to good use, he could be a solid 2nd line PWF for me.
