Competent Michael Moore doc, but not nearly as inflammatory as his previous works which is what I'm looking for in a Michael Moore doc.

Decent superhero movie. I was entertained, but I can't think of anyone who I would recommend this movie to.

Surprisingly bad. I expected something less run-of-the-mill from a movie with Ethan Hawke.

This movie has a really great opening act, but nothing interesting happens after that. I wouldn't be surprised if this were a play because it just has a few scenes.

Didn't care for this at all. I hated the numerous and overly long "music video" shots of her escaping to her happy place. I got the point after the first one, move the story along, please. Mo'Nique's character was entertaining, at least.

I really enjoyed this movie, although the long exposition at the climax almost ruined it for me. Since they show you what happened, the dialogue explaining it didn't need to be so thorough. I liked everything that happened after that so it won me back over.

Well deserved winner of the Oscar for Best Documentary. If you liked Man On Wire, then you'll like The Cove. This movie basically copies Man On Wire's tone by being a documentary, but telling its story like it's an Oceans 11 heist.

One of the better superhero movies. Unlike most other movies of the genre, this filled out its two hour run-time and felt like a fully fleshed out story and not just a single episode in a series.

I don't see how anyone won't like Big Daddy and Hit Girl (assuming they don't find them morally reprehensible).

I don't know why I bothered to watch this Kevin Bacon/Zellweger movie. It wasn't awful or anything, but there's no reason to watch this.

Pretty good...It reminded me of Shattered Glass, but not as good.

First half was enjoyable, but then it got bad. Terrible ending.

Any blockbuster musical automatically goes to the top of my must watch list. Some people can love raunchy comedies when they're bad movies while others can love overlong and tedious action movies just because the explosions look nice. I can find a musical to be a lot of fun even if the movie itself isn't worth a damn (which is good because they usually aren't).

Still, this was impossible to enjoy. I have never been bored watching a musical until now. My most hated movie of the ... Read More

When you have subject material like this, you can't really make a bad movie if the director takes it seriously. I wouldn't have minded this winning an Oscar for Best Picture/Actor.

Also, the casting of minor characters (Robert Duvall, Michael K Williams, Garret Dillahunt, Molly Parker, and Guy Pearce) was just awesome.

Very good movie with two problems.

As it's described here, the game of roller derby doesn't really make sense which wouldn't necessarily be a problem if this movie didn't have so much roller derby action.

Jimmy Fallon is painfully unfunny.

I wouldn't have thought Michael Jackson still had "it" if I hadn't watched this movie. In my imagination, I assumed he rolled around his estate in a wheelchair a la Howard Hughes with the same hair and nails.

His dancing and musical talent after all this time out of the spotlight really impressed me. It's a shame this concert never happened. Thankfully, the performances featured in this movie are of his older material.
