This was a unique movie that I mildly enjoyed. It's a horror-comedy where I don't recall a single joke in the dialogue. You only know it's a comedy because it's Raimi and he's consistent in the ridiculousness of the scenes. If you were take one of these scenes and put them in a serious horror movie, you would watch it and think it was an awful scene. Somehow when it's all ridiculous, it works.

This is the best movie of the year so far and Pixar's best. So funny and sad.
Too many narrative elements were carried over from Heat, but this movie is clearly not as good on any level.

Great movie...Much more accessible than Chop Shop with better performances.
Yeah, it's great. I think I still like First Contact more, but I grew up with that cast.
I really don't care for Miyazaki. My Neighbor Totoro is one of my favorite movies, but all of his others are way out there. This is another one of his movies where the world is dying and it doesn't make sense why. Then, the world is saved and it doesn't make sense how.

Above average selection among the "Apatow-like" comedies. I don't know how else to categorize them.
Really good movie with old fashioned storytelling. I liked how the twist didn't seem forced like in so many other movies these days.
I can't say that I laughed at all, but it was fine. Felt like so many other movies though.
Not as bad as X-Men 3, but still really bad. The setup for the fight between Wolverine and The Blob was beyond awful.
Tom Hanks needs to be in more interesting movies. Even the indie films that he appears in are "safe." This movie is good, but somehow I'm totally indifferent to it. I don't think I've seen another movie with more cameos than this one.
Another IRA movie. You can tell that the director is very skilled, but I didn't really like it. At the midpoint, I thought the movie was really good...It went downhill from there.
Had a really abrupt ending, but was great otherwise. I can probably watch Amy Adams in anything.
