Unfortunately it is very very rare. I was lucky and drafted a legend in my first 100 picks. Drafted 5 to date and I have about 51k quick games under my belt.

All participants receive the winning team's player cards. So if you are going with the Heat, when they lose you will get the Bulls cards. I do not like this set up but it is this way for now.
