After a continued rebuilding process last season, the team has some new faces. The starting Roster is just a starting one, I have a lot of players who will fit into the line-up if some guys struggle. This is the year I found out who is legit and who is a pretender.

Well, was talking to my friend who also uses this forum to post his GM Modes now, and we decided we'd both start a new GM Mode for the first time so I'm not starting off with completely random players. I am starting out in complete rebuild, my goal is to make playoffs within 3 seasons, but also acquire many picks and prospects to hopefully win the cup by 2015. I don't like to do fake trades, so I believe all I do is realistic.

Coming into the 2026-27 season, we've just won our 6th cup. The departure of 2013 #1 Pick, Vladimir Fedotov has left a hole to be filled by super-prospect Logan Nicholls. The young RW had a few strong performances in the games he was in last season in the playoffs

Well, we wound up with a 50-24-8 record. 4th in the NHL.

3.46 GFPG (1st in NHL)
2.59 GAPG (8th in NHL)
20.8% PP (8th in NHL)
81.5% PK (10th in NHL)

We wound up winning round 1 of the playoffs, against the New York Rangers, 4-0
Round 2 against the Hurricanes was almost a disaster, but came back from 0-3 to win 4-3.
Round 3 against the Sabres was 4-0

Well, accidentally simmed too far and lost all my statistics lol. Anyways, it was a banner year for the Boston Bruins, winning our 5th cup since I took over as GM in 2012, as well as the Presidents Trophy. The depth I acquired at the Trade Deadline with Jimmy Beyers and Serge Tremblay proved invaluable, as I was able to roll 4 lines and dominate for the most part, and even when I was caught in my own zone, we blocked many shots for Moller, who finished with a .943 save percentage. ... Boston Bruins, Final Season.

Well, I've finally been able to blow past some seasons, and am now in my final season with the Boston Bruins.

On one hand, I'm sad for it to end, on the other, though, I am excited that I will be able to retire some of the great players on this team as well as begin using my Tampa team once again.
