Week 5 - AA Portland "A Year Older."Portland - There weren't any presents or cakes at the stadium yesterday. Wine bottles? Maybe. For Rob Knowles, he gave himself a present in the form of a memorable performance against the New Britain Rock Cats.

Norwich - Sometimes in baseball, it's best when things don't go according to plan. I don't know whether I should consider this week even decent. Yes, I hit my first home run of the season, that's the good news. The bad news? Well, everything else except the double I hit the next game traveled at most a whopping 90 feet. I need to hit the gym or eat more steak.
