What is your favorite/best baseball video game ever? It's hard to cover 3+ decades of video games (and various consoles), but let's see what everyone votes on! Please forgive me if I forgot your favorite.

Hands down, MVP 2005 is my top-choice! I also really enjoy MVP NCAA '07 and the new MLB The Show. Triple Play 2000 is also a classic!

'22 got my vote. Simply amazed so far. Stellar gameplay.

I hope someday MLBtS can incorporate the rich aspects of OOTP. That would be the perfect baseball game.

My personal favorite is Slugfest 20-03 but MVP Baseball 2005 was great too and has a very nostalgic soundtrack
The Show '22 is really good too.

Oops, I didn't see High Heat when I voted "Other." For me, HH 2001 was the baseball game that captured my attention like none other, before or since.

Tough to pick an MLB The Show as a favorite they were all very good. The game changed for the better when they incorporated custom cameras with the 2010 version. I had fun with some of the other games over the years but Sony wins this for me hands down.

Tony LaRussa Baseball. Right out of the box. No sliders. Just play. LOVED it!!!
