Is there a way to sell,trade,give cards to a PSN friend or do you have to put it on the AH and hope they get it before someone else does?

if its someone that really trusts you, you can put the card up for a ridiculous price have him buy it the sell you an injury card at the same price so everyone gets there coins back and you don't have to worry about someone sniping it
