Anyone experience the in bounding glitch?

I started an association, and I'm just wondering if any of you have experienced this. About twice a quarter (10 min quarters), I will pass the ball in from the sideline, and the the guy throwing it in will completely throw it over my head--and I'm only about 10 feet away. It usually soars out of bounds or the defense will pick it up. Anyone experience this?

My Fave is when you are trying to inbound the ball and are trying to select another player but the player inbounds the ball and you take a full court 3 shot.
