I'm trying to rebuild the new post Kobe Lakers back into the winning lakers that we've all seen most of our lives.. 2 nice pieces with Randle and Russell but after that it's kind of hard to pick what direction to go in.. 1 thing for sure.. Byron Scott won't be back

Try and Re-Sign clarkson if you can't then try and trade for a high trade pick. Trade swaggy for a another pick. And of course Try and sign big name free agents

You will need a centre in the off season as no point bringing back Hibbert. Whiteside, Valanciunas and Alex Len are three good options. Definetly re sign Clarkson then maybe look at Bradley Beal/MKG also in FA.
