If I import mob 19 franchise to mlb 20. Will I get 26 man rosters?

Also, can I import a player from player vault into existing franchise?

1) yes you will get the 26 man roster in the upcoming offseason (if you haven't finished the 2019 season it'll ask you to sim/play it first)

2) nope we can't do that in existing but if you start up a new one you can add them to the roster before starting
