Connected Franchise Draft Picks

Sorry if this has been addressed, I tried searching the forum with zero luck. I was wondering if there is any way to reset the draft picks in Connected Franchise. We ran into a problem where some teams have more draft picks as its reflected in real life, however because we did a fantasy draft it's unfair to owners who have only 6 draft picks and some have 10 draft picks. I can't figure out how to fix it. Thanks and mods move this is necessary I was unsure where to post this.
