I've been reading a lot on the MLBTS forums lately and you seem like a reasonable person who plays RTTS. I loved your input in the Patch 1.04 thread. Thought I could ask you a question, if that's OK? I've been searching like crazy but I can't find any real info about it. Here goes:
Do you know if equipment works in RTTS? Not knowing for sure is driving me nuts. I bought a ton of diamond equipment from the start just to give my careers a little boost. A week ago I noticed that my cleats didn't provide the +10 that they should. At first I thought they had nerfed the speed to make baserunning harder but then I read somewhere that equipment didn't work.


And now I've read that they fixed it, but just the cleats. Speed is the least of my problems as I just started a SP who is doing pretty good but as you can understand, not knowing is frustrating. And if I put some points in H/9 and equipment isn't working my guy will be very OP when it does kick in.

I do have a video linked in that thread, in the comments I do have a kind of walkthrough on how to do it.

I never did specific steps to achieve it, but I write as many as I can down.
