I find it comical that BCS people are so afraid of TCU and Boise. If (when) TCU desmantles Wisconsin and Oregon/Auburn ends up 50-45, I hope some vote for the Frogs as #1. . They have been the most consistent team all season. It's ******** that moving to the inferior Big East is a step up. The system sucks. Boise blew it but it shows you that going undefeated in any conference is hard. I think both Auburn and Oregon can lose this wknd. Neither has a defense like TCU's.

@Nolan...How do you figure that TCU or Boise don't belong just because they are not in an AQ conference? You are telling me that the Big East, which is AQ, has better teams than Boise or TCU? Both of those teams would run that conference as well as the ACC.
It's time people stop judging teams based on the name on the front of the jersey. Boise has done what it needs to. They beat the ACC champ, on the road, and TCU has hammered all on comers. Not to mention that they both have a better strength of schedule than Ohio State.

@Eski33... My first post was meant to be somewhat sarcastic and I didn't pull it off. What I'm trying to say, and obviously not clearly enough, is that the BCS system really isn't set up for those teams outside of AQCs to play for the Championship. At least that's the way I see it. The 'formula' is too convoluted and there's obviously a preference for AQ teams (preferably from the Big Ten, Big 12, SEC, or Pac 10) to be in that game. Do I think it's fair? No, but that's just how it is.
I can remember a few years ago when Wake Forest looked like they may win the ACC and get into the championship and the sports media seemed almost sick about it. Same deal with Cincinnati last year and Utah the year before. It just seems to me that certain teams just don't fit the bill of a potential BCS Champion in the eyes of the BCS 'Cartel.'
I personally think that Boise State or TCU or Timbuktu State, for that matter, should at least have a fair shot at competing for a championship if they handle their business throughout the season. But the truth of the matter is that as long as the BCS formula is end-all be-all in determining the Champion, it will probably never happen.

You and I are seeing it from different angles, but we're seeing the same thing. You said it in your last sentence: every school is not treated with equity.
