yes, I can switch it to a jordan shoe but if you edit the shoe or try to change it the player gets locked back into whatever brand they were in before like adidas for beasley for example

for me as well, I haven't figured out how to lock a player into a brand, just change the shoe. So if I edit the shoe or try to change it the "this player can only wear nike" pops up.
