Kobe Bryant is CLEARLY much more skilled than LeBron. But LeBron has Kobe on athleticism, size, versatility, and other physical traits. But Kobe's defense, shooting, and skill put him over LeBron in my opinion.

If you want clutch , then it's Kobe, but if you want power and athleticism then it's Lebron.

@marcoyk, you hit it right on the head with that, and it's one of the many factors that I use when I say Kobe is far superior.

IF Lebron were the size of Kobe, I don't think he would even be considered one of the best players today. His SKILLS are nowhere near Kobe's, as far as shooting, 3-point range, dribbling, freethrows or ON-BALL D, not just running from behind and blocking a shot, but actually tough "man to man" perimeter defense.

I mean, Kobe was giving up at least 30 ILBS to Carmelo, and still guarded him decent enough to disrupt his game while still scoring 40 on the other end. Kobe has played Jordan and gave him 20 points off the bench at 19 years old, the man scored 81 points in a game and that's hard to do in 2K9! He made the crucial shot in the Olympics to win gold, he has 4 rings, he's the Finals MVP, jesus christ people, what more does he have to do? Lebron can improve and be better ONE DAY, but today, it's not even close
