IN NBA2K12 For the quick play during games, what exactly effects who is selected to be the player who cuts to the basket or get open.... I want to be able to get the right player designated

Also could you message me values and suggest for the same attributes and fields regarding players like Ewing, Hakeem, Shaq, and Karl Malone. Would like to get their movements better represented.
