Madden CBA

Now in the real life NFL, the owners opted out of the CBA this past year leaving the 2010 season uncapped. In addition to the uncapped season players now how to be on a team for an extended amount of time as a restricted free agent instead of an unrestricted free agent in which any team can propose an offer without giving up a compensatory pick.
In Madden, we all want unrestricted free agency in our franchises, but how do the developers go about this? Here are a few possible options:
