Bucks used a huge forthe quarter to leave Boston with a win. Tied going into the fourth the Bucks blew it wide open with a 16-2 run to start the 4th. Boston would never recover.
The teams get to rest for a bit as we have hit the All-star break
This one was never close. Ellis and Curry both scored 19 points in a route of the Bobcats. The Bucks led by 18 at the end of the 1st quarter and never let the Bobcats get close again.
UP next the Bucks travel to Boston to face the Celtics.
The Bears easily won their home opener. Up by ten at the half the Bears never looked back and cruised to a 15 point victory.
E.Modica was out for this game so D.Maxiell started at SF and had an excellent game contributing 15 points. Forney once again was the leading scorer with 38. 30 points from beyond the arc.
The Bears move to 3-1 and will host Colorado St in three weeks after the Thanksgiving break.
The Bears came into Iowa with a win and will leave Iowa with a win. A very close game which saw the Bears come out on top by 5. With less then a minute left the Bears led 50 to 49. Iowa sent the bears to the free throw line and the Bears made them pay by hitting 4/5 free throws in the last minute.
Big win for Coach Bader and the Bears who travel home and will face Denver on the 17th.
The Bears came back with a huge second period. THey trailed by four at the half but outscored Dartmouth 37 to 16 in the second half to win by 17 and grab third palce in the Hangar Challenge and net their first win of the season.
Coach Bader said the team looked better than it had against VMI but he is still worried about the lack of a scoring balance.
Either way it was a good finish to the Tourney for the Bears.
41 points by Forney was not enough to win this one. THe Bears lead by 7 at half but soon saw that lead disappear. In the end they would lose by three when they missed the game tying buzzer beater.
Coach Bader was clearly upset that he didnt call a time out before the game losing shot. The Bears will face Dartmouth for third in the Hangar Challenge.
