Contract extension? Sure why not.

Actually had a choice during the Coaching part of this game to pick Oregon. Was intriguing but with some good recruits still coming in to my program didn't want to mess with karma. I just won the National Championship game against LSU in exciting fashion. Fell behind by 14 after having thrown a pick 6. I was able to tie it up and win the game in triple O.T. 44-41. Was a fun season to say the least. Not sure what to expect out of this group of players. So many new names but hopefully soon will live up to what I've been used to. Granted 1st game out against Navy had 4 picks. Yep I know, it's just Navy. Thought I'd throw a few more teams in my league. Thinking maybe I shouldn't have now. Getting the likes of Akron Zips and such isn't very enticing but all I can do is play the game with what ever schedules been thrown my way. In an unusual twist I had my 1st 300 game passer this 1st game of the new season when I've been predominately a run oriented offense with a sprinkle of passing to keep the defense honest. Ready to play some more and see what happens. Stay tuned. How's your season going out there? Do tell!!

Just finished my first season with Texas State. Chose them to have the opportunity to build a program from the ground up. Went 11-2 lost against TCU and Kentucky. Fell just short in the 4th quarter against the two on late game drives. Was happy with my first season. Recruited a 4 star running back so I'm excited to get him in. Lost my starting QB so I'll be a running team this next season. Signed an extension with T-State for 2 more years.
