Looks a little tricky...Recruiting

So I'm watching the video of the upgraded Recruiting you can do on the new NCAA 13 and I must say, looks a tad dicey. Answer me this. For those of us that aren't experts at it how much better can you recruit than say letting the computer do it for ya? What's different this year say compared to last years? A little more in depth? Easier to use? I just moved across town and went and rented NCAA 12 and played my 1st 3 games and I'm so ready to pickup the new one coming out July 10th. Are there really that many changes across the board though?
