Sports titles. Give me some feedbacks. Not sure how to do polls or I would.

When you buy a Sports game why do you buy it?
1.)You like the game
2.)You like the developer
3.)Good Price
4.) You've did your homework and compared everything and this IS the best one for the buck.
5.)Gameplay
6.)just gotta have it no matter what.
7.)The physics of the game.
8.)It's popular

Why I ask this is because it seems like there are NOT as many choices but the quality of games is getting better and price going up. Unlike Sports games a lot of us know were gonna get the C.O.D. games and games like Halo,or Black Ops because simply put theres not much if any competition,right? What is the bottom line for you and why?

I would have to say number 1,4, and 5 factor in the most, but all of those options affect my purchase in one way or another. Although my number 6 would have to be MLB The Show. I have to get it shipped to Australia but I don't care because it is the only sports game that I would buy annually.
