First game of North Texas Dynasy

I had not previewed the Playbook of North Texas prior to my first game with them. So it was a bit surprising to find that their one and only offensive set was Shotgun and many many versions of the Shotgun. It is no wonder that they have no Fullback in the team at the outset of the Dynasty. With that said, I don't think that the game should make you recruit for a position seldom used within a team. Especially based on what Playbook the team uses.

Anyhow, the game went better than expected. North Texas has a good Quarterback who can ping a ball in there. The Wide Outs are okay and will do. Running game leaves something else to be desired, but I don't see us putting the ball on the ground too much this season.

Beat the tar out of Ball State, allowing just two Field Goals. My starting QB threw for two TDs and starting HB ran one in from the Goal Line.

Next game should be a win for the Mean Green as well. I am, however, not looking forward to playing Alabama. North Texas should do well in Conference, but against a team like Alabama, it could get ugly.
