WINNIPEG, FEB. 27 - The olympic break came in a good time to provide a rest to the injured players around the league, but it didn't slow down the Jets, who won their third straight game right after the break finished.
With two goals from Dustin Jeffrey, the Jets defeated the Coyotes in Winnipeg by the score of 3-1. Mike Smith did all he could to slow down the Jets' offense, but it wasn't enough. For the home team, Pavelec also did a job good enough to secure the win and the second star honor.
The Jets will also have to deal with another injury as Tobias Enstrom left in the second period with a concussion and will be out for 3 weeks.
For the next game, Winnipeg travel to the Music City to face the Nashville Predators.
