Avs beat Jets in overtime again

WINNIPEG, DEC. 12 - The last time the Colorado Avalanche came to Winnipeg to face the division rivals Jets, the home team opened a 3-0 lead just to see it fade and the visitors came out on top after the overtime, winning by the score of 4-3. This time, the Jets blew a lead again, although a much smaller one: the team scored first with M. Frolik but Duchene, one of the league two top goal scorers (now tied with B. Wheeler), scored one time to equalize the game and did it one more time after Wheeler pulled the Jets ahead again.
In the overtime, Parenteau scored his first of the game (and seventh of the season) to win the extra point for the Central division leaders Avalanche.
