I was going to make a similar suggestion. How about we split the tax savings and do 2400 buyback? (You end up with 700 and my price is 3550 if we do BIN 3500 buyback, you end up with 1100 and my price is 3320 if we do BID and 2400 buyback) That splits the tax savings evenly.
