2016 Preseason #04: Signings and Transactions

Trades
The Falcons think they have a good shot at the Lombardi trophy this year and has just sent their 2018 2nd and 7th round picks plus their 2017 6th round pick to Jacksonville for DT Roy Miller III who they think can be the final missing piece on their defense.

Another team with a pretty good defense is the Denver Broncos but they've struggled at the DE position and today decided to send a 2017 2nd rounder and a 2018 7th rounder to Baltimore to acquire Lawrence Guy. John Elway said Lawrence would not only be an immediate upgrade but someone they're looking to sign long-term.

Signings
The deepest free agency in league history has been exciting to follow but its overstocked shelves are emptying out as ex-Patriots are finding new homes around the league. Some of the top targets are already off the board;

WR Danny Amendola have signed with the Eagles while Safety Patrick Chung went to their rivals in Washington to shut him down. Falcons upgraded at OT by signing Sebastian Vollmer while Devin McCourty will face his twin brother in the AFC South having signed for the Texans. And with Luke Keuchly already one of the very best in the league at MLB, the Panthers just brought in Dont'a Hightower. That's just filthy!
