MLB 10: RTTS 2015 All-Star Break

So, here we are, the all-star break, with my Texas Rangers in a tight battle with the Angels for the AL West lead. After a sub-par start to the season, in which I could barely keep my average above .250 during April and May, I started seeing the ball well; at the halfway point, my production is up and I was able to raise my batting average about 90 points, to .346.

The other good news is that I've managed to stay injury free this season and have already more plate appearances than in any of the three previous MLB seasons. I've also hit my halfway goal of 100+ hits by the break, putting me on pace to get to 200 for the season (my baseline goal every season). I don't think I was invited to the all star weekend; that will hopefully come next season if things go right, so I'm going to enjoy the break and hope to continue the second half just like I ended the first.

2015 first half stats: 71 games, 292 plate appearances, .346ba, 101 hits, 44 runs, 11hr, 42 rbi.
