Monster win by the Fire as they struck 4 times, all of which came in the second half. This is the first of three matches in which these two teams will square off. Game one will take place in Columbus. Oduro continues to impress this season as he added two more goals a couple days ago and extended his streak to 9 straight games with a goal/assist. Many subs for the gaffer will take plus this match as the stretch of games continued with just 3 days rest.
Yet another tie for the Fire last match against the Timbers extends the draw streak to 3 in a row. However Dominic Oduro continues to kill it this season by extending his goal/assist streak to 8 games. Fresh off his new contract Johnson will be looking to get his first clean sheet of the season. Daniel Paladini will be making his first of the season by replacing Pavel Pardo at LDM.
The Chicago Fire announced this morning,
He has yet to record a clean sheet so far this season, but he is young and very talented with a huge potential and upside, so you have to love this move by the Fire.

CAM | Sherjill MacDonald | Dislocated Shoulder (8 weeks) |
After going up for a header MacDonald came down directly on his shoulder and looks to remain out of play for about 2 months. This is a huge loss to the Fire as Oduro and MacDonald have recently been gelling very well on the pitch. The Gaffer gave his insight to whom will replace him for the time being,
