PLAY STYLE / TENDENCY SECTION IN PLAYER CREATION / PLAYER EDIT
Ok, so I see a LOT of people on this board talking about how they would like to "feel" the way their player is supposed to play on the field. This section of player editing should be in the game and would really improve the gameplay and overall feel of uniqueness for each team and player, which is very important in college football.

I think part of the problem is the rating system altogether. I think it would be so awesome if they scrapped everything they had now and did something like NBA 2K11, with four categories for players. (Offensive skills, Defensive skills, Physical, Mental)
OFFENSIVE SKILLS
-Throw Power
-Throw Accuracy
-Touch (Some QBs are accurate but throw a very ugly ball, making it tough to catch, Drew Stanton comes to mind)
-Break Tackle (Power)*
-Elude Tackle ... Read More

I was just wondering about what would be the best way to adjust conferences in the game to fit the current model.
So the moves in real life go like this.
Nebraska to the Big Ten. Big Ten now has twelve teams.
Colorado to the Pac-10. Pac-10 now has eleven teams.
Big XII is now stuck with only 10 teams.
Boise State moves to the MWC.
Because the MWC and WAC both had 9 teams before the move, the best option is ... Read More

The NCAA football website has posted an extensive list of adjustments made to the final build of the game after the demo was finished.

Ok, so I went to the Teambuilder site today, and it looks exactly the same. Where is the "new" Teambuilder site? Or is it out yet? Sorry about all these seemingly dumb questions lol, but TB is VERY important to me
I'd appreciate any help

Ok, so I fired up the demo for the first time, and I have to say, from the very beginning this game feels different. The menu is much cleaner and crisper than the previous game. Thankfully, the ProCombat Uniforms are unlocked by merely sending an invite to another user, so that got done easily, and now EA doesn't seem like they are trying to play you with that deal.
First matchup: Ohio St vs. Miami
Ok, so I chose Miami because I really like to run a pro-style offense. ... Read More

So E3 is coming up this week, and many sports games are going to be shown off. What has you most excited for the coming week of gaming news?
Personally, I feel like NCAA 11 news is the most exciting, especially with the idea of a Teambuilder upgrade among other news. They are most likely going to introduce any new features with the game as well, because the gameplay will be introduced through the demo. (At the very least, Locomotion and Assignment AI)

Well, on facebook EA has posted screens from the last of the 4 demo matchups. Oklahoma/Texas is the game, as many expected.
This shows a lot about what EA wants to show off
-Obviously they are proud of the Nike Procombat uniforms they have added, as each team in the game has a variant.
-Pregame entrances are going to be a big thing this year, considering most of these schools have an entrance tradition.
-ESPN Presentation may be more dynamic ... Read More

Ok, so I figure the conferences should shake out two ways when it comes to conference realignment.
1. 10 conferences with 12 teams in each, with two divisions. BCS system stays in place. 5 of these conferences would be "power" conferences, while the other 5 would be considered "mid majors".
2. 8 conferences with 16 teams in each. 8 teams would have to move up from the FCS division and join lower conferences. 4 of these conferences would be "power" conferences, while ... Read More

I'm assuming that anyone who watches Sportscenter already knows this, so I will give the long and short of the situation before I post my feelings:
Armando Galarraga, a Detroit Tiger's pitcher, has thrown a perfect game through 8 and 2/3 innings. On the last out of the game, umpire Jim Joyce calls the runner safe. Here is a video link to a good replay: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JjKk40EWxV4&feature=related
Now, my opinion on the whole matter. The guy was trying ... Read More

Lol I know this is kind of a non-informative blog and more of a complaint, but does anyone else find it strange that the NCAA people took 2 days to post Dyansty Blog 2 and have now taken over a week to post 3?
What are your reactions to this delay?
Personally, I think something big is coming, which is just killing me with anticipation lol.
