Yes, Legendary cards drop have a chance to drop in the draft in regular quick games and rivals. I use ALOT of hot streak cards and the) completion is decent but I win about 98% of the time. =) I am working on 28k as we type this and plan on hitting 30k before bed. =p Good luck bro
