I was getting them from Live with the code that comes with the game. However, right now I don't have Live access for xbox. That will change soon though. I don't know of anybody that uploads them on here either. DrUrsus is the man for offline files but he doesn't have NBA Live 10 though.

I think if you can find a friend that has their own rosters & ask for their GT then you can get them from Live that way. Otherwise, for offline I have no idea where to get them TBO. Thanks!
