Fixing NCAA for 2011 an introduction
Posted on July 16, 2009 at 12:17 AM.
We all want to love the NCAA football series. We really, really do. This year I, like a lot of people, really like it, but don't know if I love it. It is a shame because with just a few things we all could love it.

I'm going to write a six part blog talking about things that could be done to improve the NCAA series. I'm going to try to not make this blog be a slamfest against NCAA, but just an honest look at what's wrong and how to fix it.

The six parts will focus on these issues:
1. Teambuilder
2. Presentation
3. Dynasty
4. Gameplay
5. Lack of FCS teams
6. Direction of the overall series.

Some may ask why I'm starting with teambuilder instead of one of the more important issues on the game. I figure I'll get it out of the way first because it is one a lot of us love and hate.

The order will have nothing to do with importance. Just the order I feel like writing them. I hope the good folks over at EA will take a read because it won't be a slam piece, but just a few ideas that could finally allow us to love NCAA, instead of just like it.

Yeah I know what you are saying. The past few years have produced games that have been good, but not great. It has been something that I love to buy not because of how AWESOME of a game it is, but more because it is a good COLLEGE FOOTBALL game, meaning I like it because it is pretty good, but love it because it is all about CFB. I am looking forward to seeing these blogs and am hoping you have some good ideas for the game's future installments.
