Subject to change but at the moment: Leaving seniors +3. Can recruit anybody in home state no restrictions. Only 3 players that are 2 stars or 1 stars outside pipeline and home states. Unlimited # of guys inPipeline states but only 3 stars or below AND must be in top 10 (maybe 5 we will see). Basically it will allow for some good guys, but it will be bad.

Game rules are play sim, but looser than many OS leagues.

Due to scheduling and such I'm gonna have to leave the arise again dynasty. Thanks for letting hang out for a few games at least
